He is somewhat disgusted by them and the smell. But he takes his time to count them.
"18...19...20, yes, yes. That be, 3 Gold for Ju'Zil, 2 Gold for the Ears and then a bonus of 3 free meals at the Inn, yes, yes."

On his second try, he manage to get out of his chair and he walks over to a vault, opens it and picks out 5 coins and a note. He writes something down on the note and then hands all the things over.
Unfortunately, you can't read Goblin, but there is some Common text there too, something free food, something thrice, you think.

"Now, when that business is done, I must ask you to leave, I need to have an unfortunate guard clean my desk. Yes, yes."

After searching up and down, it's clear you won't find one in Booty Bay, if there was any here, they all left.

You do know the Horde got 2 bases in Strangelthorn, Grom'gol and Bambala, finding Trolls is one is very good chance.
