When I was 12 or 13 at my cousins birthday party (five days between them) they had thus HUUUUUGE cake. I'm first in line.
They go "Take until you feel shame".

... So I took ~1/6th of the cake, I didn't feel shame. Everyone else did (my sister and grandparents) for me.

And then, after everyone had gotten cake 1/3rd was still left! SO THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THE ANGRY LOOKS AT ME! I COULD TAKE MORE CAKE AFTER MY ORIGINAL PIECE!
