You forgot that the Legion attacking part and the fact that number of armed people still is 40% of everyone there. Including Peacekeepers, and not all armed people are peacekeepers and some even don't let go of their weapon even when a peacekeeper, an organiser -and- their guild leader telling them to drop the weapon.

Then there's necromancer, Orc Voidaxe, and other usual stuff.

PS. The legion attacking wasn't a part of the plan, came from someone else and one of 'elders' that host the Kosh'harg went with it. (For Mr.Okiba, yarr.)

I still find it funny that Shattered Hands are allowed to walk around with big ass fist weapons, cause they're attached to their arm. While it can be taken down. Hurts a bit, but hey, they love inflicting pain on themselves.

Nah, I should walk around with my giant warhammer and say that I'm a blacksmith and that is my blacksmithing hammer. If they doubt it I will just link them Blacksmithing skill.

Tell them you have... quite the grip on your hammer.
Also make note that you can do it with both right and left hand... you swing both ways.
