The Demolition Pirate continues his taunts when... Shink he catches a dagger in his hand.

"Daaaaah!" He tries to pull the dagger out as he turns around, goes towards his pirate captain, yelling something about your mother and whales.

The burning plank is starting to look shaky, if you want to use it, you need to use it now.

> Go Though the Fire! (Roll d20, on +14 you take only 0.5 damage. Otherwise, take 1 damage.)
> Try another plank (There are other pirates on the other planks)
> Climb a mast to swing over (roll d20, on +16 success. otherwise, drop and fall)

*Kronnor roars as he sees the pirate run away, with his dagger.*
"Hey, you come back with that!"
*Kronnor decides to charge through the fire and after the pirate.*
D20 roll -> 20 (also, does the fire trigger something on his magical armor?)

The flame dance around Kronnor as he runs quickly though the flame.
While it's very hot, you notice the armor adds protection, not full immunity, but greater resistance towards Fire.

A fearful looking fellow, this Captain is no beginner on the Grand Sea. He welds a large Cutlass sword and a gun in his offhand.
His amulet shines green.

*Kronnor does not waste a moment as he sees the pirate captain and charges forward, aiming a wide slash with his axe.*

Rashka follows your attack, aiming for the legs of the captain pirate.

Kronnor slashes at the Pirate captain as Rashka goes low.

The Pirate Captain's amulet shimmers green and give off a flash of light!
You don't notice any current effect.

He takes a quick-aim at Kronnor with his gun.

The Gun explodes! The gun is completely ruined, the Pirate Captain curses while shaking his hand.
"Curse ye Landlubbers! Jack! Get yer arse ready!"

The Demolition Pirate finally pulls out the dagger from his hand and is ready for action.

*Kronnor sends a kick towards the pirate captain's chest, hopefully to make him lose balance and fall on the demolition pirate.*

Rashka focus instead on on the Demolition Pirate, not wanting to see any more fires being started.

Poor Demolition Pirate just gotten the Dagger out from his hand when suddenly a axe comes at his face. "Ah crabbasket" was his last words.

The Pirate captain however, being a most experience man on the high sea spots to attempted kick and dodges it masterfully.
"Yar can't hit a broadside!"

The Green amulet's magical effect is complete, the small scratches on the pirate captains hand is gone and so is any injuries he had during the initial attack.

The Pirate Captain however swing his mighty Cutlass at Kronnor.

Unfortunately, during his masterful dodging, he was out of position and was not even near to hit Kronnor.

His amulet now no longer glows. It looks like a normal emerald.

Rashka attempt to punch the Pirate Captain's face.

The punch impacts the Pirate Captain shin, it did not seem to bother him much.
Kronnor's axe however, bothers him much more.

Frustrated by his previous miss, the Pirate Captain perform a [Cleave]!

Kronnor however saw this happening and manage to avoid it, and Rashka was just out of reach from it.

*Kronnor uses the momentum of his previous attack and brings his axe up for another slash.*

Rashka user her turn to position herself at the Pirate Captains flank, next turn, she get +2 for flanking on attack.

Kronnor's attack however fails, it's like a dance between him and the captain, none of them seem to hit that much.

Jup, like a dance with no contact happening, the Cutlass flies though the air, hitting nothing.

The pirate captain yells out in anger and pain.

In his pain, he swing his cutlass madly around, it was easy to dodge. He looks worse for wear.

*Kronnor laughs as the pirate misses in his desperate attempt and quickly sends his axe down in a cleave towards the pirate captain's head.*

Rashka attempt to kick the Pirate Captain.

Attack Roll -> 17 (15+2 flanking)

Rashka kicks the Pirate Captain and Kronnor Axe makes a full on impact at the top of the Pirate Captains head. When Kronnor pulls the axe out he drops down dead.

The Pirate crew start yelling, pointing at their fallen captain, they are making ready to depart!
You have time to take one thing before you need to run back to your ship. The Troll Captain even yells at you to leg it.
