I looked up my accuracy with him, around 20% 
is that horribly bad or just bad?

With a shotgun weapon? That's so sad you might want to play Winston since he won't miss!
Then again, I'm at 16% accuracy with him. But I don't play him at all.
My accuracy with D.VA is at 30% and that's with a spammier weapon

Bastion is great. Yesterday I played a game, told Marnosh I was going to get PotG. Was completely useless all game, suddenly got penta kill, they revived, got another penta kill and got PotG. I had 20 good seconds and it earned me a shit ton of exp and medals :p
