Yeah, Lootboxes are given every level so the odds are always in your favor!

Or if you're a sell out you can get lootboxes.

But you can get plenty of legendaries from the lvling boxes.

So far I've gotten D.va (B.va skin), Godess Symmetra, Roadhog shark one, Industrial Zarya(Cybergoth reskin), Explorer Winston and looted enough credits to be able to buy Gambler McCree and Stonehardt Rheinhardt.
