I aint.

I got ancestry of forest dwelling, inbred hunter gatherers who fought mainly the weather, animals and Russians.

Rashka

Cool. Btw, I'm SO done with post companies.

The reason they don't work well is simple.

They are a company. A company has one and only one reason to do anything. Money. They will do as much cheating, loophole using, victim blaming, cutting costs, cutting quality and sliding away from responsibility as they possibly can.

If they could screw you with a 10 foot pole every day for money and you couldn't resist, they would do it. If hey can get away from murder, they don't give two damns about your life. If they have a monopoly on something, they customer support becomes a sham.

well, that explains steam support.

And I just finished a report today... by Wednesday I must start writing a new one.

Indeed.

Lets say a phone operator would have a monopoly, then you'd pay ridiculous amounts of service that is unlikely to work and if you challenge them on it..they don't give a (peep)

Our postal company is pretty good here, granted they're owned by the state. Some of them are on strike though at the moment.

Gridish

Purely to bump this thread here due to the event spam :3

Well they just killed my package completely, and their phone workers knows nothing. One person says something, then the other says that's not do able and so on.
Rashka Facebreaker - Battlesworn of the Nag'Ogar

Sounds like a proper company there Rashka.

Also Grosh...our postal service was owned by the government before they had a sudden "Lets sell every government owned company for a shortterm gain!" and the postal services was one. Now its a company who cries that it can't do what the postal services are supposed to do. Deliver mail, stuff getting lost, mail taking a week instead of the day it used to be...

So, progress!

If your package is damaged, you should never sign for it without noting the damage. Preferably you should get a copy for yourself. That way they have less to argue about.
They'll take the chance to get out of it if they can

I know. But we didn't think about it till it was too late.

Yuuuup, companies always try to get away with anything they can.

"Oh you paid a bill that was totally wrong and it was wrong because we (peep) it up. Not our fault, you paid the bill. You get no recompensation."

Keep trying, isn't there some kind of agencyin Denmark you can turn to? In Sweden we have allmänna reklamationsnämnden. Usually the mere mention of bringing it to them is enough for the costumer support to become very helpful

Umaua

I wish it'd be same here...

But no, here the companies themselves suggest taking conflicts to the relevant parties, because they know they have nothing to fear. They got lawyers to seek loopholes and too much money to win a court case.
