The cool thing with maybe having a DK in Tribe is that it could be your past main (perhaps my warrior) that has fallen to the Lich King but wants to return because he sees the wrong in his actions.

And... You can be schizo! :D If it's possible by lore, you have just a slightly different name from your main and your DK, and then you swtich... like if he's got 2personalities, you get what i meen? ;o

I can't wait for World of Death Knights to be released.

/sarcasm - hurry up War.

Meh, in fairness the same thing was said about the Belves prior to TBC getting released, but they're not exactly swarming everyone to death.
Blood Elve's didn't offer anything new though. Releasing a Single Hero class in an expansion? Bad move.

And I'm against Death Knights in the Tribe.
I respond to Sakareth and Azuril too.

In my opinion, it depends on how they look. If they look humish, no. But if they are a bit orcish looking then yes.

Personal i think you have hit it on the head.
This game is fast moving away from what it was originally intended and is a monster of its own success.
Blizzard are now just adding in elements to keep the the money rolling in and to hell with the game law etc.
Helicopters! yea right!
There was a time you got a ban for  using stupid OOC names but look at it now.
(Cant make money banning people ohh better drop that rule).
It is fast turning into a clone of Gameswork Shop.

((Still cant break away from it though ((YET))

Most of the Wow devs jumped ship to help develop War. Oh the irony :P

Actually... The original warcraft was going to be a Warhammer game, but a fallout with Gamesworkshop caused them to develop their own universe. WoW isn't becoming Warhammer. It started as Warhammer. So gnomish inventions were always gonna be there eventually. Also, the gnomish helicopters have been in the games since WC2. They're not just something that was added in WoW. Although it is another reason to hate gnomes! Stupid gnomes...  ;D

Ok... so Death Knights might be a stretch and are bending the rules, but as long as they write a good story for it and they make it fit I say good on them. I'm sure they will try to make it balanced. So it's going to be a tank/dps. I'm guessing you can either be one or the other, just like warriors. It's all about what you specialise in.

Sure it has its flaws, but I love the game! :) An awful lot of work goes into the game. I've played many MMOs and this one is well rounded and well made, unlike many others.

If Warcraft started out as Warhammer then thank the gods that it changed into something else. I will welcome Death Knights into the tribe provided that they are actually orcs. I do not think that they will break the established lore, but rather show that WoW is a setting where things actually change and evolve over time. These new Death Knight will be something that has never existed before, but how many of us have complained in the past about static worlds where nothing ever happens?

I for one, will not be tempted away from WoW by WAR. I won't repeat here the reasonsn why I dislike Warhammer so much but the fact thyat I will not be playing WAR will come as no surprise to many people. Infact my enforced 2 month exile from WoW has only made me realise how much I miss playing this game. No other MMO I have tried has been as well crafted as WoW. The controls are incredibly intuitive and it manages to create a real sense that you are controling a character which has a real physical presence in the world (even if you can run through other people). No other game has acheived this as well as WoW and I can totally understand why it is the biggest MMO out there.

I did think, before its release, that I could be tempted away by Middle Earth Online. However that game proved to be as disappointingly clunky as other MMO's I've played in the past. You never fealt that you actually were your character or that your character had any real physical existance. The next batch of MMO's on the horizon may well prove to be just as disappointing so I refuse to get excited about any of them until I actually have a go at playing them.

Of course WoW has its faults, mainly its painfully silly bits. The game which does finally lure me away will be a game which is as playable as WoW and also has a world which takes itself entirely seriously. I long for a game with no comedy goblins, steam tanks and npc's with (not very) amusing names. Right now the only possible contender is Age of Conan. It remains to be seen whether AoC delivers on the gameplay front. Until then I fully expect to still be playing WoW until well after the next expansion and beyond.

Ugluhk

you warlocks should want them... then you wont be the only class to be made fun off ;)
tbh, if they have a good story and if they look like an orc i would welcome thhem.
