Really sorry I'm not there guys, voted for Friday as it's the only day I could really wrangle away from the mountains of projects, but even then it'd only be every other week assuming I had game time...
I miss you guys.

3 months ago I'd have torn your arm off, but college has me swamped. Maybe if things settle I'll be about more ! Good luck to the nominees, sort it out in a battle of mud and mankinis

Whilst I agree in the most part Gashuk, there are also depressions caused by chemical imbalance in the brain with evidence some genetic connection (on a purely anecdotal level, every single woman in my family for four generations has suffered from depression of varying forms, - I drew the Bipolar straw and threw a fluke in the mix - which has to be medicated)

Mess can be a good stop-gap/safety net while you fix things, and for some it won't help without the medication.

I tend to think of two types of depression:
All in your head
Or
Shit life syndrome.

Either it's your mind making everything seem awful, or something is awful, so fix it!

Zug zug

*falls asleep in a heap*

I honestly have no idea when I'll be back, I always knew the workload was going to be heavy, but this is something else. I'm getting home from college working until dinner, then working until midnight-1. Getting up at6 and going to college again. Days off I'm just ploughing throughfrom waking to sleeping.

I miss you guys 😕

Hi guys, missing you all, just -so tired- this week (and done two days of college) tomorrow's a 9:15 start so leaving home at 7:45... I can't remember the last time I saw 7:45 in the morning!

My inner Saki is very grumpy at not being on, but there we go, can't be helped.

In other news, quick straw poll: Tea or Coffee? And how made. My daughter asked for milk first so I laughed her out of my kitchen and gave her a glass of water instead. Heathen.

So - ENTIRELY not Wow Related....

But I have been banging on about college and a Self Portrait task in guild chat, so I thought I'd share.
Excuse dreadful Upload quality, they are so light because my printer recognises medium grey as black. They look much better printed out on nice photo paper!  ;D

So... Tadaaa. Ghosts of my former life....

*hides in a box*

Sorry couldn't be there tonight. Was wrapped up photo editing and didn't spot the time until 8pm, then dinner and Olympics!

(Once every 4 years I become an enthusiastic patriotic sports fan)

But portfolio is coming together, so woooo! 3 months to go

Sorry for being AWOL at the moment, combination of Waiting for expac, Kids visiting, and finding out about college (Which I'd thought was a dream that died a year ago, now suddenly a month to get my head around it and plan!) has all resulted in the perfect storm of too exhausted to focus with a mind too busy to sit still.

I shall be on / returning. Next few days though I'm likely throwing myself at Photo editing as I realised as it's a 1 year course, if I want to do a degree, I have 3-4 months to get a portfolio together.

(I have -NOTHING- already except some scraggy holiday photos)

So now I'm pulling favours with old friends for models and locations while trying to grasp themes and concepts of WHYYYY I'm doing stuff, so when they ask about my portfolio and "And what inspired this piece?" the answer isn't "That one was mostly inspired by realising I don't have a portfolio, as were all the others."

Sorry I'm rambling.
