Not really. They have an entirely different origin. The only titan involved with Draenor was Aggramar, who made Grond (which resulted in colossals, which resulted in ogres, which resulted in orcs). So if we're talking same type of creature in terms of DNA or however you want to put it, they're probably nothing alike. Other than the fact that they're titan-made, but from a completely different descent.
