Comrade Krogon, after taking another close look at the Mag'har heritage armor, the Hateful Gladiator plate shoulders kinda match the Blackrock recolor of it. Also the WoD dungeon chestpiece. Or the vanilla quest shoulders that look like Saiyan armor from DBZ.
