Alignment: Neutral Good

Family: Klarous - brother
Known Friends: None

Appearance:

  • Looks young.

  • Rather ordinary looking

Those that have mystical abilities may sense an aura about him that suggests there is more than meets the eye. Yet he seems oblivious.

Personality:
Rather friendly and almost naive when it comes to other orcs. Seems to have a dislike towards humans especially. Eager to learn and be useful.

History/Background:

Kintka was only around 3 when the attack on his village happened. Southern barrens when Admiral Proudmore launched his attacks against the Horde. Kintka’s village was one of the first of many casualties in what ended up to cost the admiral his life. He and his brother, Klarous, would become orphans that day, and would have probably become hyena or raptor prey had it not been for Varana, a village hunter. Varana was out when the attack happened and come back to the slaughtered and charred ruins of the little village. She was scavenging for some supplies to move on when she heard the crying from the young pups and snatched them up.

Varana, spent the next years teaching the boys how to hunt, skin and harvest the animals and prey. Klarous seemed to take to it better than Kintka, but she figured it was just because he was 4 years older. The 2 boys were almost inseparable. And the 3 grew fond of each other. Soon the boys reached the ages of 14 and 18. Klarous, now being of age felt it was time to leave the 2 to make his own path. Find somewhere to belong and make a name for himself. Although he found it difficult to leave his brother, they both knew it was time and they vowed to see each other again, someday. Kintka continued to live with Varana, she often told him he was special. This was Kintka’s only memory of his mother as well. “You’re special, Kintka. Very special. You’ll see.” He couldn’t remember her face, but those words... As if she was standing right there. A year later, Varana died. It was until she passed that Kintka had realised how old and frail she had become. He had without realising been looking after her for some time. Soon another winter had passed and Kintka had been travelling aimlessly around living off the land. He settled down one evening sheltered from view in a cave mouth, dry and sheltered from the wind an rain as had been the nature of each evening before for as long as he could remember. Kintka drifted off to sleep. A rustle in to bushes just outside the cave stirred the young Orc, now coming up to his 16th year cycle and coming of age, he quietly notched an arrow in his bow and made ready to loose when from the bushes came a sight he’d never have believed... His mother.

Kintka, took sometime with what he was seeing. He knew his mother had died on the attack on the village. How was it that she was standing here now. He went to say something yet couldn’t find the words. His mother pulled a finger to her lips to urge him to stay quiet. He did. She then continued to beckon him to follow, he did. After a long time of not saying anything, and what seemed to be months of travel, they opened into a clearing where stood Klarous. The 2 boys embraced as if only been gone a few days. He then turned to where his mother was to instead see a gathering of Orcs, or wearing wolf pelts of some kind, and insignia. This was a clan. He couldn’t make out the markings clearly but the backdrop looked familiar. Just as he went to take a step, a hand placed itself on Kintka’s shoulder. As he turned his mother smiled, “Wake up. It’s time to leave.” Kintka woke, he surveyed his surroundings. His mother, brother and the other Orcs had gone. He was back in the cave where he had slept before seeing his mother for the first time. What was this? Was it just a dream? No, Kintka knew it was something more. He set out on the path which had been shown to him. Back to his brother, then...to find the Orcs.
