I agree with Rhonya on this. TRP is nice and all, but MRP is  easier to set up so you can RP straight away. I tried using TRP3 once and it felt too weird for me. Especially when I wanted to read the profiles of other people. With MRP you just press a button, get a simple interface where you can get most of the details about that character and you're set. Other games don't have addons at all and they can still RP without any problem.

So, personal as a roleplayer that quest system doesn't seem nice at all.

That looks like someone who enjoy the WoW quest grind wants. Not something that lets you roleplay more <.<
... more so with the dialog system showed.

I won't deny that I am a bit curious to see how it will work out in-game. It actually has plenty of potential depending on the variables and conditions one can set to let people complete their own quests. Very convenient for notice board quests, I'll admit. -If- it works out the way it's promised, but there's a long way to go from here to there just yet.

Having said that, I won't deny that after having tried out the newest TRP again, it does have its charms. So I've simply chosen to stick to it on my desktop, and stick to MRP on my laptop with its lower memory usage.

As happy as I am with TRP, I don't think it should be forced on to anyone. Rp is RP, in the end it doesn't matter what addons you use. Sure MRP is simpler and more user friendly, whilst TRP is a bit more advanced and takes some time getting used to. Both of them have strengths and weaknesses, but in the end it doesn't change the rpers themselves, it just adds a way to enhance the experience. And most rp addons are compatible with each other, so I don't see what the fuss is about. /Rantover
