I must say I liked the Sherlock movies, but as just a movie. To me they have nothing to do with Sherlock Holmes though.

This is the stance I took, and it allowed me to enjoy it all the more. I do it with all book/game adaptations to film. I take it as a standalone thing and im never disappointed that way :)

I liked those movies for what they were. the first one more though. never got around to watching bomplebimp crundlebits Sherlock. everyone seems to like them.  I tried reading one of the books a while ago. very hard to get into hasn't aged well like Dickens's etc...

Regorn

I have no idea what movies you are talking about, so I just pretend that I know so I can talk about it.

Don't know, I think the second movie was better then the first, more of that please.

Bah poopsicles. I meant to type  " I like those Sherlock movies..."

Azolg

I will eventually watch the sherlock series though; I've heard naught but good things about it

Umaua

To me the tv series which got Sherlock Holmes right was the older one.

The one with these guys in.

And they call me insane? I am the most sane person around!

Regorn

All I know of Sherlock Holmes is the fact that the most famous line was not said even once in the original books.

Still on the theme of movies; Any of you folks seen Ant-man?

Regorn

No but I heard it's smaller then you expected.

Not seen it myself.

Not sure I aim to look it up anytime soon either.

I thought it was fantastic, definitely the funniest movie in the MCU.

It was easily as good as Guardians. I expected a LOT less but I found myself throwing belly laughs all over the place. Thomas the fucking tank engine. Stroke of genius.
