First time I'm applying for an rp-guild, had to work up all my courage to post this application.. Have been playing on defias brotherhood and Argent Dawn since patch 2.1, so I know how roleplaying works. Never truly participated myself, but I want to change that.

Gahk is an orc who was born in the brutal internment camps of the humans, three years before thrall led the orcs to freedom and the land of kalimdor. His mother died during the third war, so he grew up with his dad on a farm in the barrens. His father taught him all he needed to know in live. How to farm, how to fight, how to drink. His weapon of choice was the spear. His father used to be known as a fierce warrior of the frostwolf clan, but that was before the internment camps. Now they both lived a peaceful life of farmers in the barrens. It wasn't until a couple of years later that Gahk's life would change dramaticly. While delivering goods to Camp taurajo, their caravan got attacked by theramore soldiers. His father died, while making sure Gahk could survive.

Gahk fled east, into Dustwallow Marsh. He hid in the marshes, armed with a spear made of a treebranch and bone of a crocolisk. Months passed by while he roamed the marshes. He adapted to life here. Why would he go back to the barrens? There was nothing left there for him. the farm was probably razed by the theramore men by now. For years he lurked in the marshes, slaying lost theramore men and woman who crossed his path. It wasn't until he heard the merchants at brackenwall talk about the iron horde and draenor that he felt the urge to resurface. Perhaps his father existed on this alternate draenor, perhaps he still had family. That's why Gahk sought for the Orcs of The Red Blade. He needed a clan who would take him in, and venture together towards draenor.

Howdy, Gahk! Glad you mustered the courage to apply, because this is a quite fine application on the whole! Background, lore and timeline are all pretty much solid, and it seems like the Gahk character himself has had quite the few adventures thus far -- though Draenor will probably be his greatest!

What's next? Simply poke an officer (Kozgugore, Rhonya, Therak, Gridish or myself) in-game to arrange your in-character interview, so we can give Gahk an opportunity to seek out the tribe, and show them what he's made of!
