Can anyone tell me why it does this

This is how my action bar looks like every time i leave or enter a dungeon/raid and reload does not help. I have to swap specs to make it appear again..
Does anyone got a fix for this or should I take it to blizzard tech team?

I haven't had the problem myself. Have you tried if turning your addons off changes it?

Yep. it happened right after reinstallations aswell where i had no addons.

Hold shift and scroll to select other actionbar, I heard more warriors have this problem
