Volkans foolproof plan to victory

Right all this mushy, squishy talks about being friends is sickening to me, so here is my genius plan, how to begin the next great war. I've decided to call it the "Divide and Conquer" plan.

First we need to take care of our own house. I'm talking about those pink elves, that we all hate so much.
Those pesky blood elves have a long memory and won't have forgotten the blood we spilled during the second war, when they were still known as high elves. They'll be itching to stab us in the back, when the time comes, yet we need them for their arcane abilities.
So I propose we first make sure they won't join the Alliance again.
How do we bloody do that? By making sure the Alliance think they've done horrible crimes. We dress our female warriors up as those elves, wearing their armour, then let them do a series of brutal raids burning and killing everything down every living soul. There is no way then the Alliance will accept them back. Afterwards we annex their lands by invasion and publicly execute all their leaders, by chopping off their heads in front of the other elves. If their users of the arcane doesn't want to part with their heads, then they will follow suit!

Now about the Alliance

It's not been that long since the third great war ended. The human alliance with the dwarves remains strong and can probably not be broken that easily.
But the night elves is an entirely different matter. They're still new to regularly contact with the humans, we can exploit that! They're all very protective of their trees as we've learned, so why not use that to our advantage?
Hire some human mercenaries and let them defile their woods. We can promise them protection, just promise them lots of gold so their lust for greed will not see what we have planned. Once the night elves attack them, we can ambush and slaughter them all, then if there are any humans alive we kill them too. Dress the human corpses in the battle gear of Alliance soldiers and you got your self a nice incident. The night elf leaders will demand satisfaction of what happened. This will sow the first rift between the night elves and the Alliance. The goal is when the time comes, the night elves will not aid the Alliance once we attack.

Sowing dissent, mistrust, fear and hatred, using lust and greed should be our tools to achieve the beginning of victory, before we take to field of battle.
