The time of retribution has come! Any and all orcs who deem to increase Orgrimmar's security from pesky thieves and maggots alike are to report at Jin'sora's tower in the Valley of Honour. There, we shall lay low as we prepare ourselves to burn the rats of the Horde!

There is little time to prepare! We gather when the sun has sunk underneath the mountains at the ninth horn, at the 26th day of the month!

One notice to all of you: Do not share this information, except for fellow Red Blades! No one is to know of this cleansing!
