Tell us something about your (role)playing experience:

I've been playing World of Warcraft since Burning Crusade, and I've been role-playing for almost as long. Of course, back then I was young and I didn't understand the mechanics towards roleplaying, but I think I now have the experience to act accordingly in the roleplaying society. I've only recently come back to World of Warcraft after a three year break, where I tried to boost my art skills in preparation for university, so I might be a bit rusty. I've actually also had experience in roleplaying groups such as Call of Cthulhu, if that's any help! I'm really looking forward to roleplaying again, apart from PvP it's one of my favourite aspects of the game. I have an average bit of knowledge about Orcish lore, but it's been so long since I've played this game, I'm in the process of re-reading through the books and looking through the wiki pages.

And finally, please write a short story and/or IC introduction about your character:

Tak'rethar Bloodcleave is an aspiring warrior, trying to prove his honour to the Warchief and to his peers. Tak'rethar trained as a Warrior from a young age, being taught by his father in preparation for becoming a Grunt. Tak'rethar spent a large portion of his life serving under the Warchief's command, serving on the front line in the honour of the Horde.

Only recently, with the foundations of the Horde warping under the rule of Garrosh Hellscream, has Tak'rethar realised that now is the time to find a secure, stable Clan. His respect for the Warchief has not wavered, but a feeling in his gut tells him that now is the time to be with a secure, stable Clan. Tak'rethar now searches for a clan of stability, honour and respect, willing to accept him into their family.

Sorry for the short bio, guys. I'm really not keen on developing my character's background too much, because at the moment he's only meant to be a typical Orc warrior. He focuses on honour and pride, like most Orcs, and his only intention is to find a clan, and earn his place among the Horde. I'm hoping to develop his character a bit more in-game, through role-playing, and eventually he'll fold out into a bit more of a colourful character. I'm a bit better with improvisation.

I'm hoping to do a little portrait sketch of my character, and I'll edit him onto the post if I get it done.

Your OOC explanation in regards to the short bio is completely justified, so don't worry about that! I find it most fun to develop most of my character through in-game play, so you won't be rejected by that. Anyway, it's enough info that we need to know, as you seem to have a rough draft in mind for your character all in all, so I'm willing to give a shot in-game!
