So today at work I helped change some costumer's summer tires to winter tires.

It was pretty tiring.

Nosh, that's actually not correct. It's last of november that's the last day to change tires. Not all parts of Sweden has snow early. The most important thing though, is to drive safely and if there's shitloads of snow, leave the car home if there's still sumer tires on.

It's first of December unless there's already snow. If there's already snow hope you've changed tiers or you leave the car at home if you don't want to break the law.
So most people who live where it snows in October changes tiers then.
