What is your favorite tv-seris gag?

I present Morn from Deep Space Nine.
He is a minor character that you see now and again, never says a single line in any episode and everything is attributed to him by exposition by other characters talking about him.

He is suppose to be a excellent fighter, a businessman, a lover, a drinker, Anything and Everything. Everyone on the station knows him and says he never stops talking.

Yet, all you see of him is sitting in the bar, drinking, never a single line of dialog. The only sound he has ever made in the series is a very quiet laughter, once.
He even had a character episode, it did not feature him.

Isn't that episode with his inheritance that you're talking about? When everyone was after his treasure then he showed up at the end?
