Objective:

Anyhow, our meat supplies are running low.

[Required]
First, slay ten boars.
Then travel to the Northern Barrens, and slay five

[Bonus] (If you return with eggs, I will cook you egg and bacon. You'd regret not getting in on that.)
Whilst there you may aswell get some eggs.
Return with ten eggs.

Rewards:
2 Fangs per orc.

Additional notes:
Bring at least 4-5 other orcs. This is also a good opportunity for the border patrol quest.
