I meant to post this the other day as someone was talking about the broken shore not making sense were it was. if the whole of Azeroth was once a single continent. Here is an example of azeroth as we know it A lot of places we know exist yet cannot see

I don't know why, but I think artifacts is one of the best things implented into wow ever. I LOVE  the order hall quest lines, so much awesomeness and great story. Also the illidan quest line for artifact research is awesome XD

You forget the part where the continents drifted apart, they were quite clear on this, so there should be more distant between them.

Broken isles are closer on the in game map than here tbh  I dont think it was ever to scale just a rough idea of where everything was
