If we are doing bad jokes, let me tell one extraordinary bad one, and then spend the majority of the post to explain it to further boost the poor quality of it. After you read this post I want you to feel bad and that you wasted a few minutes of your life.

Det var en gång och den var sandad.

To understand this joke, you must know the Swedish languages. In fairy tells, it's common to start with "Once upon a time...", in Swedish this translates to "Det var en gång...", if you translate it back to english you get 2 versions, the meaning and the direct translation. The meaning is sort of like "Once there was...", the direct is "There was a path...".

So the jokes plays out that you are starting a fairly ordinary story but then pulls a switch and use the direct meaning instead, declaring that it was a path you were talking about and that it was sanded, sanding a road is something you do if you want to avoid people slipping on ice that can be common in Sweden during some seasons.

I say it's a belongs on a scale, it's a joke, a horribly bad one I agree but it's still a joke and thus deserves to be on the scale.

A completely dull dagger that can't cut anything, not even a dry leaf is still a knife, a shitty knife yes, but a knife none the less.
