A damn good computer + 2 screens, one in front of me and one to the side of that.
When I am doing modeling or programming, having a extra screen to check stuff is useful. And when gaming, I often have youtube running in the background.

Only two screens? I am disappoint. Personally I'd go for 3 or 4 xD
Main work/play.
Video/Music/Spreadsheets/datainfoetc
Email/Calendar/IMstuff
And, incase of 4 screens Video/Music would have it's own above work/play.

Also, multitasking is bullshit. Which is why more than 2 screens are more or less bullshit.

You have 100% of mental faculties, part of them goes to observing your surroundings constantly. Then if you do 3-4 things at the same time, you use less and less of your capacity to do those things well. And your attention shifts like using 50% to your typing and 30% to listening a debate and then you concentrate on the debate 50% and to typing 30%.

As if you would properly multitask and like many proponents of "Multitasking is awsome, I can do everything simultanously and well!" then you'd use 100% or near to -each- task. Which is impossible.
