Teeth or claws in a fight?

Fur or Scales?

Fur. Fur keeps you warm, fur attracts the ladies. It is just generally good fur you! Unless you're living in a hot ass country...
Whilst scales are awesome and it protects you from harm, you will look like a circus freak. Plus getting scales does not mean you're cold blooded immediately!

Hands for feet, or feet for hands?

Hands for feet, simply because of the extended mobility in trees and the climbing skills!

Hands for feet, as well. I just see more use for two extra grabbers rather than two extra stompers.

Acid spit or hands that can shoot fire?

As I dislike heat in general, ID say acid spit. Plus you can slap people and still have a tertiary attack as a breath weapon.

Teleportation or invisibility?

Teleportation, as long as it was relativistic to the earth and to the different velocities of the earth depending on the latitude you're teleporting between. So I wouldn't end up somewhere in space far away, or as a red splat. Preferably with me being able to move other obects as well along with it.

Teleportation is supperior to invisibility in every way but peeking at naked people, and well. There's the internet for that. With Teleportation I could easily just move around the world as I wanted. Use it to become the greatest humanitarian ever by being cheap transport. Or take things hostage by teleporting heavy chunks up high in the sky and dropping them unless I get money.

Telekenisis or Telepathy?

Telekenesis. I could cosplay as a jedi and force throw milkshakes in the faces of those who laughed at me. Well, I guess that would make me a sith.

Ability to hold your breath forever or gills?

Gills would be better for pure underwater shenanigans, so I'd go for that, so long as they weren't too garish and could hide behind a fashionable turtle-neck.

If you could choose between being able to grow like Giant-Man or shrink like Ant-Man, which would you pick?

I'd shrink. I'm tall enough as it is.

Would you have impenetrable power armour or a power glove that could punch through anything?

All depends on the armour really. Does it cover your entire skin, does the armour essentially meld with your skin?
I'd say I'd have to go with the power fist though.
