Name: Gruthgar the Ragged
Alias: The Ragged Chief
Rank: Chieftain & Wolfking

Age: Deceased
Gender: Male
Race: Orc
Clan: Clan Redblade
Class: Warrior
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Family: ? ? ? (father)
Known Friends: Mruthgor
Known Enemies: Thunderlord Clan, Ogres

Appearance:
A giant of an orc, Gruthgar's armor had to be adapted for his hulking frame, with metal plates bound by leather buckles. Clan heirlooms such as the Warmask of Magoth seemed to fit him poorly, and so he wore them only on important occasions. He wielded the greataxe of his ancestor Hukraz with only one hand.

Personality:
Most at home in battle, Gruthgar had little time for the more mundane aspects of leading Clan Redblade. He entrusted a lot of day-to-day matters to the Thur-Ruk Oracles, and in particular Mruthgor, who wormed his way into becoming the Chieftain's closest and most trusted advisor.

History:
Very little is known about the reign of Gruthgar the Ragged, but it is known that he was the last ruling Wolfking for a long period of time. After his passing, his most trusted shaman, Mruthgor, took over and became the first Shaman-King.

Somehow, his blood seems to have lived on, because the line of Wolfkings returned to seize control of the Clan after a long rule underneath the Shaman-Kings.

Things you may know about this character:
Gruthgar is said to have earned the name "the Ragged" due to the heavy wear and tear his large, muscular frame would put on his armor.

Things you may not know about this character:
Records of Gruthgar's reign are incredibly limited. It is speculated that parts of the Annals were purposefully destroyed, perhaps by Mruthgor the Shaman-King and his Varog'Gor. The motives for this are unknown.
