Well what active officers are there. Rargnasha, yourself for events, and.....?

Current officers still active are myself, Rargnasha, Karak and recently Vashnarz and Mozrogg. I know that might not sound like a lot, but there were more in the past few months and they're not by any means required to organize events. What I mean to say is, it's not exclusive to officers anyway. In fact, officers are more often than not promoted -because- they created events to help the tribe, or at least in some other way by which they have proven themselves to be eligible for the rank (i.e. training, tasks, admirable behaviour, etc.). Perhaps the reason there aren't that many (active) officers a lot of the time is exactly because there are few organizing events.

Having said that, I'm not saying people -have- to create events, even if they want to become an officer. I'm just saying it would greatly increase their chances as well.

Well as i said at first, i was just very concerned and i wanted to suggest what -i- thought would change things in the better direction.

As of me not attending events? Not sure where you've gotten that from in the past three weeks i've been at every event.

Well, none of us intended to shoot down any ideas as far as I can tell. Any kind of feedback is quite welcome at any time, or we wouldn't have topics like this one either. Any ideas or input is encouraged any time, whether people agree with it or not.

This post is almost a copy of past posts.
This has happened more than once and it always seems to happen after a big game add-on.
Right back to the very first one Burning Blade.
People logged on with the “I MUST HAVE THE PURPLE GEAR” or Purple fever as we knew it then, attitude and then when they have got it decided what else was there.
So they ether joined a new group where they could use them items in dungeons etc.
Or they gave up WOW because as far as they were concerned they had completed the game.
And it seems it is still the same to this day.
Well the answer is RP you would not be on the realm if that is not what you wanted would you?
Or have those days gone now as well boy I’m getting old.

I myself have not been fully active within the tribe for well over a year now, but I have always been online with my Toon at least 2 -3 times a week.
Watching and doing my own thing.
The amount of times I have stood next to another Blade and they have just completely blanked me is unbelievable.
Also the amount of times I have turned up at events only to move on because of the lack of inclussion.
This would never of happen in the past , and before you say why have you not spoken to them, well that comes down to my Toon and how I have played her from day 1 not that is many here now who would even know her.
And it would take too long to write down her make up here but she is a sweet girl when you get to know her.  (What was that Koz).  
May be my own fault.
But any way I move from the point I'm trying to make RP is the Blades and any situation can be RP.
If you see a Blade you do not know then just say “I know the colours but I do not know the face who are you” and there you go your RP’ing.
I can understand and in fact know where Koz is coming from I have had many hours talking / arguing with him about the same thing many times over the years.  

So what I’m really saying is just stay at it but try to get out of the little sub groups that seem to be around now.
Mix it up.
You are ALL Blades and the best RP is the unplanned RP.
