A little doodle that I've enlarged in corel. I used a pencil, eraser, fineliners, copic markers (cool grays). Did it on the couch so I saw his face was warped a bit, but meh its an ork it will do!^^

Just keep in mind that scars make the skin there lighter, not darker. Seeing the pigment is gone. So even on green skin they'll be more white.
