A couple of minutes ago, I all of a sudden got disconnected while questing. I couldn't log in again, because it said that I was suspended. This was the mail i the found:

Type of Violation: PvP Arena/Battleground Exploitation
Details of Incident: Exploitation of PvP Battlegrounds and the honor system
Consequences for Account: Account suspended for 3 hours (3h)

This may include, but is not limited to the following:
* Use of add-ons, "mods", external hardware, or any unapproved third party soapple crumbleare to automate gameplay.
* Abuse of game mechanics or "bugs".
* Any behavior that has been found to be outside the intent of these Player versus Player matches.

This action has been taken in accordance with the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (http://www.wow-europe.com/en/legal/termsofuse.html) and our game policies (http://www.wow-europe.com/en/policy/).

Any further inappropriate behavior could result in penalties ranging from a temporary suspension to account closure, and may also include the loss of any rewards the exploitive character has received.

And I'm just, wow, what happened?

I've been in one single battleground earlier this morning, where I behaved just as normal as I used to. I had to leave for a couple of minutes, to empty the dishwasher, and when I came back, I was removed from the battleground and got a Deserter debuff. Well, fair enough.

Now they've taken 3 of the hours that I pay for, because I had to go afk for a little while. That's simply too stupid.

Now, this is not a whine, because 3 hours is nothing. It's a ethical question regarding their right to remove a service that I pay for, because that I didn't play 30 minutes straight. I don't think its fair really, what about you guys?

I really doubt you get suspended for 3 hours because you got kicked out the bg out of afk... I don't see anything that could possibly be a reason to suspend you for 3 hours D:

I doubt it too, but thing is, I haven't been in any other battlegrounds, or behaved unusual...

Now that's awkward. That shouldn't be something you get banned for. The 15 minutes deserter debuff ought to be enough 'punishment' for that. Reckon that has happened to everyone of us sometime. Maybe it's something from another day?

Either way, perhaps you could contact some GM about the matter as soon as you're back in-game again. At least it's not an entire week, or anything.
