A Tribute to Defias Brotherhood

Given all the acrimony with certain parts of the community, it's sometimes important to remember all the good times we've had on Defias Brotherhood. There may have been some bad moments and some unpleasant people, but on the whole, I've really enjoyed our years here with the community on Defias.

While I still strongly believe that our move to Argent Dawn is the best thing for our guild and each person in it, that doesn't mean we have to forget about our past. Consider this love-letter for the Defias Brotherhood of the past and present, to all those I've had the pleasure of playing with and against, and to years' worth of priceless memories as a member of this community. I hope it will not embarrass me too much to admit that I teared up a little after I finishing making it.

Rhonya

Kozgugore

You gave me a sad. So many silly emotions coming up with just a bunch of pieces of digital information. What a strange time to live in. Still, this is a very touching tribute, and a welcome one at that. Very, very many lost memories in there that come welling up again.

Vezara

Makes me a little sad too I guess.. but it's a very nice tribute. :)

It is a sad video, at the end of the day. It’s a tribute to a DB that doesn’t exist in any form anymore, and one we can’t simply recapture by going to AD either. Those days are gone.

I'm hopeful that we can begin a strong new chapter of our history on AD, but you still can't help but feel a sense of nostalgia for how things were at one point.

Okiba

On this one occassion, I'll admit it whole heartedly...

...I shed a tear.

Was beautiful Sadok, thanks for stirring up some great memories  :)
