Raiding/PvE in covenant (important)

I`m copying this from covenant forum:

Everyone interested into raiding (and able to do), serious, REGULAR raiding with the perspective of progression, may write an ingame letter to Djazeeb containing the following:


- personal raiding objectives (how far do you want to go?)
- times where you can raid regularly(weekly)
- Why do you want to raid?
- Describe your raiding performance ...how good do you think you are  playing, what are you going to improve?


This is to see if more bother to work for raiding ingame, and to analyze individual attitudes towards raiding.
If I get less than 10 letters within the next week I take this as a sign to turn down regular raiding and will then only organize one Kara run per month or something like that for sightseeing.
For those that want more I will look out for room in more dedicated raiding groups or leave that up to yourself (since you are only a minority (even if I would hold you in high respect) ).
