Sheiras

Name: Sheiras
Level: 47

Tell us something about your (role)playing experience:
I've been roleplaying since I was about 12, so that makes a roleplaying experience of roughly 25 years. My main experience is through pen and paper roleplaying games like Shadowrun, Wastelands, Mutant, Eon (A lot of swedish ones here), Dungeons and dragons, Western etc.

My first MMORPG was Ultima Online where I played for 7 years as an orc and helped establish the first orc clan of the european servers. I have also played amazons, ratmen, goblins, vikings, undead etc. I have little experience with Wow but I'm trying to catch up with the lore. One of my first and best memories of the warcraft scene was the first pc game I ever played on our first pc, Warcraft - Orcs and humans.

I have never been a good pvp:er and usually get killed fairly quickly as I'm more of a character roleplayer than actionbased *laughs*

And finally, please write a short story and/or (IC) introduction about your character:

Sheiras was born to a family of pig farmers in Durotar, but it was obvious from the start that she was never meant to be a farmer. She was very idealistic and nomadic, preferring the company of animals and the great outdoors than to work on the farm. She saw nature as something that was composed of everything else, it was a balance of forces.

She quickly decided to be a hunter in the Horde at an early age to better support herself as well as the horde. She has always been fascinated by the stories of the great honor that comes from serving the horde and has always sought to follow in the footsteps of other hunters like Rexxar and support the horde whilst remaining close to nature.

She is naive and young, lacking in experience but she is eager to learn and to prove that she can be of use to the Horde and the warchief as a young hunter.

Hey there Sheiras! Glad to see we could interest you well enough in posting an application to our snug, little group of orcs! And might I say, that's quite the resume you have there, in terms of roleplaying experience. :D Impressive! Having said that, your application in itself looks to be in perfect order! I should add that you might need to be wary not to make your orc too old since anyone born in Durotar likely won't be much older than 19 or 20 years old or so by now, but since you said she was naive and young, I think that should be no problem at all. ^^

Go on ahead and give any of our orcs a poke in-game to get yourself an IC interview! I look forward to seeing you and your orc around! And no need to worry about the lack of experience or interest in PvP. That's certainly no requirement or even all that common. The fact that we're in an RP-PvP campaign now is more of an exception than the rule, and it's not even full-on PvP for that matter!
