Tell us something about your roleplaying experience: I would say I'm a veteran roleplayer, if a little rusty with certain points of the lore. I first played on Ravenholdt, where I ran a few guilds which centered on criminal RP. Whilst playing there I actually had an alt who was a member of OotRB on Defias Brotherhood for a few months during TBC, named Meshka. I doubt any of you will remember me, as like I say I was only a member for a few months. Following that I took a break from WoW for a year or two, and when I came back moved to Argent Dawn with the rest of Ravenholdt's community (the 'good RP' community at least). There I've been a member of several guilds, notably The Bloodied Crown, The Oathsworn Accord and Red Company.

I enjoy criminal and military RP, and have typically played Alliance over Horde. Seeing as I'm back for Legion, I would like to spend more time engaging in different kinds of RP from what I used to, and as I have very fond memories of my time with OotRB on DB, they seem a great choice!

And finally, please write a short story and/or IC introduction about your character:

This is a work in progress, but I think I have the main gist of the characters sorted. As I said I'm a little rusty after taking a break for the past year or two, so if there's any glaring mistakes please let me know.

Born during the Second War, Ozgur retains only the faintest memories of his childhood. His parents were separated from their clan, and sought refuge from Alliance soldiers in the jungles of Stranglethorn. Whilst still a small child, both his parents were killed; as such, Ozgur has no memory of what clan he hails from, who his parents were or indeed any sense of identity whatsoever. His fate would surely have been the same as his parents had he not been taken in by the Goblins of Booty Bay, who saw the potential to raise an enforcer of superior strength and ruthlessness to that of their own kind.

Growing up as something of an outcast in the Bay, Ozgur honed his skills as a brawler and thief, and enjoyed frequent forays into the jungle to hunt, becoming a skilled bowman in time. As he reached maturity, Ozgur found work as a bounty hunter and general ruffian in the Bay. Ozgur's propensity to sever the heads of his victims and boil the flesh off them earned him his honorific - Skullfiend - and he continues the tradition to this day.

Once motivated entirely by gold as his Goblin mentors were, Ozgur feels a hole in his life as he grows older. Despite being a member of Goblin society for well over two decades, he has always felt like an outsider, and wishes to rekindle with the Orcish culture of his birth, of which he knows little to nothing about.

Relocating to Ratchet due to its proximity to his kin, he intends to forge a new life for himself as a 'true Orc', although old habits die hard...

While it's no longer necessary to post an application on these forums in order to be able to approach us in-game for an interview in-game, your application seems to be perfectly in order, so it's wholeheartedly approved! Feel free to contact any of the members listed in the Officers and Contacts topic to get your IC interview set up. Just bear in mind, however, that a great many of us are currently trying to take our time to explore the new content of Legion, so may not always be able to spare as much time. IC, we have also set sail to the Broken Isles to continue our campaign and plot once RP resumes again there, so that may be something you wish to bear in mind when trying to meet us ICly.
