Citizen and warriors of the Horde alike!

Summer be upon us. The pale veil of winter has pulled back underneath the horizon, and be replaced by a bright, clear sky as the wind breathes life back into the earth, clear water aplenty flows freely along our lands and the wild grows back to greet us in the light of the sun once again.

What better reason does the Horde need to celebrate the relightening of our fires, and the start of a flourishing period for the sunny days to come? It be because of this that I invite and all of you to come join us and revel in the fires of life. To rejuvinate our life, strength and bonds. To come join the rest of the Horde in celebrating the Midsummer Fires.

What place be better than the plains of Mulgore at Bloodhoof Village, a peaceful, flourishing safehaven for many young Tauren who be looking to prove themselves ready to face the big world of challenges that await them. It be here that the festival will start inbetween the sounding of the seventh and the eighth horn on the 28th day of the month.

Any attending be free to bring them own wares, services and even initiatives. A market will be held, with room aplenty for any to invite your fellow brothers and sisters over for a talk, trade, contest or whatever be more like it.

Let this be the chance for us to come together again, and complete the links that make us a Horde together. To survive the testing times that are to come, we are to live together, and allow this fire to sparkle within all of us, before we finally set out and spread the glory of the Horde like a wildfire!

The festival will be a chance for all RPers of the Horde to gather and have some RP altogether again, be it with enemy or ally. Not only will it be a chance to meet the entire server in one place, however, it will also be a place to create new ties with new, potential allies or RP communities/friends. So even if you’re new to the server or to RP, I strongly encourage you to try and give this festival a chance!

Sounds very nice and all of course, but just what will we be able to find at this little festival of yours, you ask? To be perfectly honest, the success of this festival will entirely depend on the input of many other players. All who choose to show up are free and certainly encouraged to lead their own share of initiatives or mini-events within it. Just to give you a little taste, however, here’s what you can expect at the very least:
* A market lead by any players willing to offer their services and wares;
* Games and contests;
* Speeches;
* Lots of social RP, of course!

Here’s hoping as many RPers are willing to answer the call to create some grand RP altogether so our server may flourish even during the upcoming, quiet Summer months. Any and all interested RPers are hereby wholeheartedly invited to come and see for themselves!
