Thuump!

The mother yeti dropped the dead furbolg on the cave floor next to her cub. She had killed the furbolg savagely but now she was looking at her young with the same tenderness as any mother observing her newborn.
It was late and usualy the young yeti eagerly threw itself over everything his mother brought him, but tonight something was different. The cub was staring at the icy wall of the cave, and the shade within it.
The cub draw its paw across the frozen wall, its claws leaving thin lines in the ice, before turing to its mother, giving up a small roar and forgot all about the shade and threw itself over the late dinner.

As the young yeti snarling sunk its teeth into the furbolg a set of yello eyes lit up within the shade inside the wall...

Cold, so cold.

A cold like nothing he had ever felt before.

It was like daggers piercing every inch of his body, but still his mind was so slow, so numb.
The orcs eyes opened, slowly, painfully. He remembered a dream, dreaming of pain, a cold, freezing pain, and darkness. But it wasn't a dream, the pain and the darkness was all around him, and he could not move, not even open his mouth the cry out his pain.
He could feel the fluid in his eyes slowly freezing and just as he fell back into frozen slumber he cought the glimps of a light, but it looked so strange, as if it came from the under deep, dark water.

((As it is now I'm not sure if I'll come back ever, didn't manage to keep it at a reasonable level last time, but I'd like to keep the possibility open.))
