Tough question to answer. I'm a bit inactive myself lately since I started working and on top of that lost interest in the game, plain and simple. (A few weeks after I paid for 3 months game time. Figures.  ).

Anyhoo, I don't think I'm motivated enough to take the bull by its horns. Still, Orcs of the Red Blades means a lot to me personally and to the entire Defias Brotherhood community, I'm willing to bet.

On to the difficult choice, then:
1) I would not ask anyone to take leadership while the tribe is standing on the Precipice of Darkness, so if the tribe is to live on I vote for a council thingy to lead.
2) While the tribe means a lot to me personally, I will have to be very honest here and say this, hopefully without offending anyone (because that's not my intention!): The quality of the tribe members has decreased, in my humble opinion, and I find that there is no more than a couple of orcs who I'm interested in keeping company. I'm not exaggerating.

So it basically boils down to what the still ACTIVE members want - what the old members think is pretty irrelevant in this matter. We're certainly not obliged to keep the Orcs of the Red Blade going.

I'm just a semi-inactive, insignificant fart, so I say we just keep the tribe going and see what happens. If the tribe dies a slow death, so be it. If the tribe lives on and new, good orcs join, then all is good.

This guild is the only reason I remain on WoW. My best friend who I started the game with is long gone...

but why dont we do instances? Dont think I've seen raids either. This is what happens to RP guilds... they suffer as they dont get the support afrom players who want to actually go raidingn etc. Maybe we should (and I cant believe im actually saying this) appeal to a wider range of players?

Wanting and doing PvE does not mean you are an OOC'er... 

But yes, I think the guild should always be maily aimed towards RP and WPvP.
