If you can do it IC and the faction you wish to change too wants you .
Then I do not see why not.

There are two parts to each Faction.
One part is for the officers of that faction only.
One is for all members of that faction.

Even so, I cannot help but feel a loss of enthusiasm, because I felt the consequences of those events which lead to the poor state that the tribe was in some weeks ago.

((This hit others more then you know, who still chop away to keep the tribe going)).

Sad to see you go Hakon although I did not get to know you.

But as you say things where up in the air a few weeks ago mainly due to people refusing to see the bigger picture.
Koz is right it has settled down again and things are just starting to kick into gear.
It is a shame you your self can not see this because you could / would have had a bigger part to play yourself.

We already had some plans to organise another WPVP event within the Covenant. Not sure if we'll involve the rest of the realm though. Openly-announced (WPVP) events tend to attract a heapload of (OOC) muppets.

And also you get so many turning up the lag just kills it dead,
even with a fast connection.

As Akesha says it does have restrictions.
It works ok on formal stuff at meetings and in the city's etc but out on the field it falls apart,
due to the + factors of the armour you wear.
