(( :D

When In doubt for material: steal stuff from your childhood, and re-arrange the names!))

((depends. IC Karak was devastated by his wife's death and corruption into a death knight, enough to 'make a deal with the devil' as it were to restore her. What was actually agreed I'll keep you guessing.. Karloke's betroved herself is based heavily on Shemeska the maurauder, from PLanescape Cannon. (Win points for understanding what planescape is, and who shemeska is!), basically, she's very power and horribly evil. Unless I think of something amazing, poor karak is stuck.

But yes, Karak is going to be bitter, but at the same time he may also be even more naive than before ('The hero escapes! Ahahaahaha!'). We'll see.

Oh and I have to be bothered to start playing him again))

Kill them with fire!

-Karloke's Advice.

The air of the room was thick with the scent of rich herbs. A slender female figure was reclining on a silken coach, smoking a peculiar substance that relaxed the body and the mind. She examined her nails absent mindedly and brushed down the green dress she was wearing. Across form her, sitting quite comfortably on a pile of cushions was the magic-user known as Karloke, though such names were only temporary. Karloke himself, an elven man wearing red and gold robes typical of a blood elven Arcanist was presently drinking a sample of finest Stormwind wine. He looked up at the female, smiling a nauseating, knowing smile that could haunt children's nightmares.

"You must try this, my love..." he said.

The Female took a deep breath of the scented fumes and blew out at her manservant, who was trying to look occupied by the darkened corner of the room. "You change the subject." she replied.

"Ah, but one cannot relax truly in his kip without a glass of sparkling wine..."

"Regardless, you change the subject." replied the female again, with only a slight indication of annoyance.

"Very well." said, taking a gulp of the drink. "The reason I'm so interested in the Orcs of the Red Blade is simply because, its fun. The orcs themselves are reluctant to actually remove my presence from their gatherings, possibly due to a primitive sense of hospitality and honour." He poured himself another glass. "Secondly, of course, we have some.. assests of theirs".

"Ah, but of course" said the female. She glanced slightly at her manservant. "But why would one even bother with those loathsome beasts?"

"Because, like I said. It amuses me. Their entire tribe operates as if in some bad Melodrama. Demonic possesion. Laughable Angst. Temper tantrums. The females of the tribe are so cute when they're angry too...". Karloke smirked at his beloved wickedly at this last remark.

"Yet it could be dangerous. You are not a combatant. At least not how you are. And you have a weakness to alcohol, more than a few cups and you start speaking in that thrice-dammed planar dialect." she said concernedly, pointing out the wine bottle.

"As I said. The orcs rarely bother moving me. A simple enchantment would all it take should anything unpleasant occur. And if you don't like my amusements, we always have the excuse to take our payment from upon their tribe permanently, something that they probably wouldn't enjoy."

"Hrm. I suppose." The female questioned herself. And took another puff. "If people come to us for aid... we could do anything. All that matters is the price. And that price must always be paid in full, even if the subjects involved think otherwise."

"Exactly. In this case, a life for a life... or..." he smiled at the manservant. "A life or a chance to... " he waved a hand in a circular motion as he though, "...play around a bit. It WAS a rather good deal, I thought. Speaking of which, the blades are having another meeting, and I'm not one to pass up an opportunity for amusement." He stood up and left the room, leaving the female to relish the cool Silvermoon light air as he opened the balcony door.

A few minutes later, the women left the room and motioned her servant to follow. There was a new Dance starting in a while, and she had to query why she wasn't invited.

Of course, the manservant didn't have much choice any more. All that mattered was the price.

Karloke, being the annoying prat that he is, makes comments as you speak:

Quote

To all Orcs

-Eheheh

However! I must warn you all to not trust them, by any means. Like, there would be no point in going with them in arenas. Or like, you know, think twice before drinking one of their drinks.
...Well, if the second time you want to drink it, then thinking about it a third time would be a good idea.

-Drink it the first time and do us a favour

I will explain to each who wants to know and I will write soon a little history of our past relations with them trolls. You will then understand better my concerns.

-You bloods can't write anyway!

Anyway, I am afraid those of you orcs who waited impatiently for a battle, or something of the kind, will still have to wait a little more, at least from that direction. As orcs will not be going anywhere on them trolls mere words. We will have to first check for ourselves what they pretend to be good opportunities to strike, get our insiders reports, make our own strategy and other things as necessary.
However, do no worry. The time of our reckoning with the Alliance will be coming. With or without trolls to fight by our side.

And each orc will get his chance to make of it a time to remember.
Then you die

However, like I have said before, the best cause of action would be to get a third party arbitrator and advocate to keep legal tabs on your contract. Take it from me, cutters, a scroll of geas can do wonders for trusting your...allies.

As always, one is your ever faithful well-wisher!

Karloke looks at the wanted posters, and finds a missive involving a red blades again. Strange how they keep coming up, but if it's an excuse to annoy them, then so be it!

Meanwhile, Karak just IS

OKay then, i know that no-one actually knows me in real life, but i've been told that talking about bad stuff helps with the grief.

Last night my cat died suddenly of a undiagnosed heart condition. The truly sad thing was that he was a young cat you was  healthy until then, just 5 minutes before he died,he was running around the christmas tree and i had to tell him off for being a pest. 5 minutes later my sister comes into the room screaming that he had collapsed.

To think when i first saw him i laughed because i thought he was asleep! I checked his airways and mouth to see if he had swallowed or been poisoned by something. Unfortunately not, and despite attempts to resuscitate him he became brain dead within the minute.

Today he is to be cremated and buried. Now I know this isn't your problem and you probably Don't want to hear this, but thanks for reading, it means a lot.
