Name: Sarlec
Class: Warrior
Level: 100
Tell us about your (role)playing experience: WoW has been the first game I've ever roleplayed on, I've played quite a few different characters, however all of them have been Alliance (Alliance Dogs!) I've been involved with the Stormwind Infantry on Alliance for many years, unfortunately they disbanded a while ago and I've just been floating around, playing the game instead of roleplaying, just casually doing so when friends are about or I feel in the mood.
Recently I've felt the need to explore the Horde and roleplay is becoming intriguing to me, so I've decided to make a character and do a little bit of RP on it. What better than to RP an Orc. My knowledge on lore is pretty poor, however, I've read your handy Orcish lore and I believe I've gained some inspiration from that for a character I would like to play.
And finally, please write a short story and/or IC introduction about your character: So, after briefly reading through some Lore about the different clans and such I'd like to put a character together, usually I don't think about the story to much as I prefer to RP out the story, then it becomes engraved in my head and my character can tell it how he reminisces upon it. So it's going to be a fresh character with very little background, only that he's quite a young Orc, naive and a little bit thick; during his childhood - He was bullied alot, because he wasn't as strong as the others; the only reason he lived through the trails was because of certain events which can be found out through IC means (No spoilers)
However, living through the trails doesn't mean he passed them, infact, he failed and was branded a peon, disgraced and disowned by family and friends - His life has been in servitude to the War Machine of the Horde (Perhaps the Orcs of the Red Blade instead) - Only time will tell if Sarlec can live through the many perilous events that occur in the future.
The idea behind it being, I'm relatively new to Orc RP, so being a peon won't subject me to much lore heavy stuff to begin with. It requires some inspiration, but I think I'm quite good an improvising providing the setting is good, and the RP is flowing, so to speak.
As I learn and pick up more, I'll develop the character along, if accepted into the guild, perhaps even break the peon branding and rise up through the ranks. I like to start below the bottom of the tin, and leave the character much development and progression to keep it interesting for me to RP.
Thanks for reading, hope to hear from you soon! Sarlec! <3
