was wondring if now that the factions are settled, would each faction get to have its own rp look. I don't want to lose the whole tribe feeling but though it might be nice if each faction would have its own color to call its own you know, like political parties all have there own color, just an idea tell me what you think.
We had something like that in mind, but couldn't think of anything good yet. And while we wouldn't mind factions having their own looks, we already have certain dresscodes (no cloaks and preferably wolf-masks). I reckon a uniform would eventually be up to the factions leaders themselves to decide.
I herby claim the colour of Purple! As the guardian colour of the Darwolves. All praise the Hat!
*Hails the hat & Writes a holy book dedicated to the hat* Gotta love that hat... And yet, down with purple. ;)
The Hat is Law.
The Law is Sacred.
Respect the HAT. 8)
oh common... Hatpornografy somewere else please ;)

does this mean the darkwolves will be a bunch of purple hat wearing goths?!? just os i'm clear... nice :o
then the Seers claim the rest of the spectrum! one for each spirit! ;D
I wonder what colour Storm is? ::)
If the factions want to try to encourage a certain look, then that's great and just the kind of injection of rp that we're looking for. However like Koz said, I wouldn't want it to detract from our overall tribal look with the wolfie heads. It should be possible though to keep the wolf heads but create a faction look with the rest of your armour.
What would be really great is if there was more to it than simply colours. The idea of Orcs all dressed in uniform doesn't sound right to me .. leave that to the humans. A better idea would be to have a visual cue that relects the character of the faction using a mixture of ideas, such as one faction might wear spikey armour, another might all dress in black. This would be harder to pull off successfully however. Give it some thought.
No .. no .. no .. hats... ? :'( :'(
Jokes aside, I understand and what you say sounds great. I mean, sure factions can have their own look. Then again. Orcs in uniforms?..
As Akesha says it does have restrictions.
It works ok on formal stuff at meetings and in the city's etc but out on the field it falls apart,
due to the + factors of the armour you wear.
Akesha got it spot on in what she said, i was thinking on the factions standing out from the orcs that are neutral ( was thinking newbloods more than the other ranks here) and would be a good way to see how is in which faction without having to go to look at guild rooster, and as all of us wear our tababrds anyway plus the wolf heads you would get a unified look but would still be able to tell just by looking which orc belongs to which faction
Hmm...
As a Darkwolf I would like if most dark wolfies weared some purple, grey, black or atleast a dark coloured armor. Personnaly, I like orcs in dresses :) (Maybe not... but anyway) so I would like if all Darkwolves had dresses for the RP meetings. (This will be discussed amongst us though)
if you take the dresses we take the kilts! (except for Priest wannabe uglûhk...)
Agreed... Then we can the Warhammer 40k looking armor to the Sythgore.

Must be like looking into a mirror Vlog ;) :D
Hmm.. I'd say so yes. ::) :P
For Seers nature like colors would be rather fitting. Different shades of brown, some darker green tones and grey. White could also indicate a strong spiritual feeling.
I say all Seers take the lvl 1 Shaman kilt. :D
Vlog has two eyes...
and he looks more like:

IC uglÜHK walks around in white, the colour of the Wolf! but natural colours would be suiting...
Gorr at the moment just wears his armor, and his Darkwolf hat (Damn good quest reward purple hats...) But if Seers gets a Uniform i guess he'll wear that :)
Orcs in uniforms. *shivers* Kinky..
Well, Uniformed colour.. And you mocked my hat! Evil wanna-be bucket'ead ;)
I am not an buckethead, I am an Shaman >.>
Thats why your a Wanna be buckethead ;D
And on the Colours thing, I think that whites a nice colour, and natural colours would be great for Seers, 'specially seen as I'm questing in Dustwallow Marsh/Swamp of Sorrows, and all forms of hiding from the alliance so i can shoot 'em in the back helps 8)

OMG your captain kirk :o :o :o :-*
We are not bucketheads.
Some prefer to attack from the back like cowards and we attack our enemies from the front.
Thats the main difference.
Stop opening your gaps and call us "bucketheads", i will not tolerate this. >:(
as I remember it, only warriors can be bucketheads. or possibly Orc Palladins... if they excisted... :-\ ??? ::)
:o Never mention Orc Paladins again! That would be so wrong.
Soluzion! All Seers dress like Iz! Altho' Iz not part o' 'faction yet... Iz be back someday!
