Ok, take two on the responsibility issue.
I have talked to Moggrash and we both agreed that the problem with the new factions starting so slowly is NOT us faction leaders, we have posted recruitment post, but the lazy Oathbounds! So this post is mainly to you Oathbounds and New Bloods.
If you think about joining a faction, talk with one of the faction leaders. Dont wait for us to contact you!
Now ofcourse, we officers havent just waited, but we have contacted some that we thought wanted to join, but that is not enough. We cant keep all your histories in mind, we are but simple humans! so please, send mails (IG or OOG) or talk with us, we need you!
(and if your a New Blood, we can fix that the same way as Kagmosh did with Gharkfang ;) the sneak way. if we think your worthy)

As Ug has already stated, I totally agree with this. But just to add some things from my heart here.
I'm almost online atleast 5 hours a day. Eaither on Moggtard or Gragmhak, my alt. Have I ever got a message like
"Oy Moggrash, I be intressted in your band of Demon Huggas. Can I talk wivve you". No.
Have someone asked in Redorc
"Any Darkwolf officers online?" Not, what I've seen.
So I'm wondering if the oathbounds really want this faction system. I thinks it's awsome, but it's hard to do anything serious when we are so few members. :-\ :-\

Well Koz, you cant imagine how good we work together for the good of the tribe ;)

Er.. Yeah.. Me be da sneakie Shaman.. Err.. or something, but you New Bloods and Oathbounds get your minds togheter and start applicating to an faction, and start taking a LITTLE responsabilty. If you don't; in my prespective it feels as you are just leeching on the once that try to create something here.

maybe cos its a new thing in the guild people still don't know how approach... maybe all i know is last sunday 3 new bloods become oath bound and all 3 are now in factions ( 2 sythegore 1 darkwolf) the factions will grow as the members involved are active in the tribe events.
IC. Now to put my part orcs of the tribe join the mighty Sythegore !! and be part of the true warriors of the horde, let the seers with there prayers and the darkwolves with there plots we sythegores do whats important fight drink and be merry.
