Hey is there a way i can upload a custom avatar?

Of course! You can move over the 'Forum' button up to the left, the red one between 'home' and 'logout' and select profile. You then see a menu on the left side which has an option named: Forum Profile Information. And there you can upload one. :)

But i don't see a way to upload custom avatar :/

Then I assume you have to have member rights to do such! :) Just like every non-member can't see all the threads on the forum, some are member only. We give the rights to people who join the guild ingame.
