Orcs!
As those of you who attended the meeting know by now, the tribe be in a vulnerable state. We have orcs aplenty with grand skills and traits, yet there be few of them put to actual good use. If we are to carry on like the proper tribe we are, we are to put every orc in his or her proper place! Meaning we start pushing you orcs to the limit right about NOW.
For starters, there will be a War Training within a moon from now, on the 21st day of the fifth month at the sounding of the eighth horn. We be gathering in Razor Hill, as usual, and see which of you orcs have what it takes to make a potential champion of the tribe! Don't disappoint me in this, orcs! Not only your own, but the tribe's honour be at stake as well!

Bah back 1 moon and he got us running around the sand dunes again.

((Will try to be there but commitments in RL life at this present time makeing it hard for me to get on before 21.00 server time))
(( There might be a slight possibility of me running a little late, considering some RL stuffs. Doubt it'd get any later than 20:30 or so though. ))
