Unto the War Council,
The time is upon us to rid Kalimdor of the Alliance presence, so that we may focus our effort on the eastern lands to aid our Forsaken and elven allies. The time to besiege Theramore has come.
I would speak with the leaders of all the races on the 24th day of this month, as well as every other representative. We are to meet in the Ring of Valour, Orgrimmar, at the eighth hour.
