Title: R.I.P. King...
Post by: Echelor Doomscream on February 05, 2008, 04:43:32 AM
Today I lost my best friend in my life. My dog King died... He got hit by truck while I was walking him... He was 1 year old only... I miss him so much now... Noone is going to jump on me when I come home, noone will sleep on my bed and chew my favourite shoes... I will never forget him dying on my hands... Sorry for my whining here but it makes this a little easier for me... Rest in peace... :'(

I can understand what you feel, mate.
Had a dog too, she was like a part of the family.

Be strong.

So sad to hear.

Don't choke the grief back, better let it out. Take care of yourself now.

Aye losing an animal friend is hard especially the first days. But remember that it's up to you to decide if your dog is really gone or not. The dog as we can see is perhaps gone but not in your thoughts.
And perhaps one day, that bond with your dog might revive in another form as they say. ^^

And as Rehbande said, don't chocke it up,let it out, take care and perhaps ask yourself this: When is something really gone?
Hope you feel a bit better now :)

Ouch. The only comfort I've found is in remembering the joyful life he had and to know that all things mortal die.

Take care!

Argh, terrible to hear. Guess I'm lucky to have a creaky old dog march on after a few nasty accidents, can't imagine a life without her. My condolences, for what they're worth.
