Was thinking of that as a specc that would work both in PvE and PvP... what do you think?
Hrm, it's a bit strange. Are you going to dual-wield? Thing is, warriors don't have any good hybrid build; it's either a PvP or a PvE build - anything in-between is just gimping yourself in both aspects.
Still, if you just want a build which doesn't excel in either PvP or PvE, but can do either reasonably well, then you're on the right track. However, you have to figure out whether you want to dual wield (which is really mostly for PvE and best if you get bloodthirst and other crucial fury talents) or use a two-handed weapon. I suggest you pick a two-handed weapon which is either a sword or an axe.
Improved intercept is a must for PvP.
