I really don't understand the needle fear... xD you don't even feel them! Though maybe it helps I worked with them a lot and had school classes on how to properly inject animals with thingies. Though I did accidentally numb my own thumb once with an anesthetic needle xD

The point of a phobia is that it's not rational.
As for needles, it's not the pain I'm scared of. I'm scared of the needle. Just fixing a button on an item of clothing leaves me soaked in sweat.

Well if we talk phobias, I have a phobia of many holes together, there's a particular flower that I can't look at for the love of God, I just instantly feel ill. Search 'flower that gives phobia' or something similar and you'll see it I think.

Currently in A&E with one of my flatmates because some scumbag cunts decided to pick a fight with him and his mates. I don't get why people can't just enjoy a night out without starting a fight. Poor guys lip is split fair bad.

That's just what alcohol does to some people. Some get happy, some get down, some get energetic, and a lot of people get aggresive and overconfident. Hence I've never liked alcohol either, a lot of the 'bad' stuff happens involving drunk people. I never go out for that reason. Nor do I drink alcohol.
Assuming the guy was drunk, that is but I assume that when someone says 'a night out' xD Good luck to your friend at least! Split lip hurts.

So tonight I did a set at an open mic comedy night. I was really nervous but all the regulars there were some of the nicest people I've ever met! They said I did really good for a first timer. Really good atmosphere and I really enjoyed it.
