Turns out it was as we thought, an abcess. We managed to drain most of it at the vet, but for now we'll just have to wait and see. If it doesn't get drained properly we 'll have to put him into a narcosis to clean it out for good, and I really don't want that, since he's so small and it'll likely kill him.

to be fair, in my defense, I was at the care center again to check up my burping.

it comes and goes, it probably something with my stomach mouth, but I don't have any of the other symptoms, so I am being sent to surgeon, because they are better at that stuff.
