Title: Words of wisdom.
Post by: Claws on December 12, 2007, 02:09:28 PM
This is the place for words of wisdom.
((Fun Place taken from old site and reposted))

Come on Orcs give us ya words of wisdom to guide us all in our lives.

Such as this one from the Oracle known as Ghook.

To not bite ghostflies in a ghostwolf form, because it is considered impolite.

Light travels faster than sound. That's why people often appear intelligent, until you hear them speak.

Bringing forth wise words just like that will mostly just dissapoint the asker. Wisdom only blooms in the right situation.

Warcrafts worst enemy is itself.

People only like art when it has coloer. A well detailed, shadowed drawing done with pencil gets less watches than a photoshop made red circle with some eyes and a bit light effects.

( it's treu! believe me ;) and i'm speaking in general about pencil drawings and computer made drawings)

If you are yourself you will only attract the people that belong with you. If you pretend..You will just attract the wrong people for you.

If you only make something to impress people and get depressed from even the smallest mistake..Then consider your work and time for nothing. People who did enjoy their time doing something will have a higher chance for succes because they put their soul and care in it.

In other words: Enjoy the journey..Not the destination.

If you hope too much, you'll end up disappointed. *Nodnod* Because if you don't expect or hope for the best, your expectations will be lowered too.

I can do philosophy, me! Which just brings me back to a very important life lesson...

Fighting a warrior is like fighting a blender. You can easily unplug it from feet away, even shut the power off, but if you stick your face into it, you're going to lose.
